What we believe

 We believe God's Plan For Your Health is composed of five elements that are essential to a healthy lifestyle and a healthy body. We often do one or two or even three of these things okay but lacking in just one or two. Science has shown that if we lack in any one of these five foundations of health, it can have a negative effect on the others. Our bodies were designed and created to be in a state of homeostasis, which means all areas working in balance, and supporting the others. What we want to do here is explain each of these key areas. If you started applying small changes today, you would be on the road to Healthy Living. We all find some are easier than others and that's where the challenge comes in.
